Mill Inn

Room was nice, and hotel was generally clean. However, I did find a few hairs in my bedding (figured it was from static/clinging to the sheets in the dryer), and there were a couple dead bugs on the floor. Took one star off for that, otherwise it was great.

Positive: The staff was lovely, kind, helpful and very earnest. Service was prompt and wonderful. They truly went oit of their way to be helpful.It was really charming to stay in a place so rich in local history.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cute little room Negative: The elevator and stairs could be cleaner and grounds could be more aesthetically welcoming.

I stayed here with my travelling companion about two months ago, the place is quiet and clean, the front desk clerk was very nice (both at check-in and check-out), the history of the place just adds to the ambiance. The breakfast is the weak point, but sufficient for what you pay, would definitely stay again.

We stopped in Sheridan unexpectedly for a night during a 3 week road trip. We didn’t have a reservation but the front desk staff were really friendly. The 3 queen room suited our family and mountain bikes perfectly. Great air conditioning during a hot July stay. We couldn’t locate a luggage cart, that was our only issue using the elevator/stairs 9-10 times with all our gear from the road trip.

I’d love to share my experience this stay truly felt like home, even better than a 5-star hotel! The room was spotless, neat, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking care of every single detail. Everything was perfectly prepared from the generous supply of towels to the coffee setup and the warm, welcoming décor. I especially loved their breakfast corner so much delicious food, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. It made mornings extra enjoyable! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and heartfelt hospitality.
