Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. I don't recommend it at all. I had a reservation from Friday, January 23rd to Sunday, January 25th, 2026. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM on Saturday and was terribly disappointed. The hotel was completely closed, and there was only a sign on the door saying to call a number, which I did, but no one answered. There were six of us, including two children. It was so frustrating for me and my family to be there in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. It was horrible, and they never notified us that the place would be closed. We had to go from hotel to hotel asking if they had any rooms available at that time of night. It was a terrible experience. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, which is why I absolutely do not reco

this hotel was a gem to find especially for a solo traveler with handicap room needs. stayed on the 2nd floor. stayed three days. stay was quiet, temperature of room was kept pleasant and plenty of hot water. finally got some decent sleep which was something have not had in previous two weeks of travel. breakfast area was not used much but what was there was adequate. easy on and off the highway and near major routes. price for stay was more than fair. will return

Breakfast was self-serve and fine. The food fresh & plentiful.Waffle-iron heated and ready for use.However, an extra pot of coffee should be available to the clerk to fill so a quick&easy replace on coffee shelf exists.No guest should wait for a coffee or(large pot) to refill and some guests fill large thermoses which leave pots empty for other guests and it take too long to make and refill.Have two back-up pots FULL,ready to replace those on stands,while clerk brews the next pot.

It's cozy , but the housekeepng staff is overbearing. They don't just walk out of rooms , they come running out of rooms without looking and almost ran into me twice in the hallwY while I was there. They entered my room one day when they arent supposed to while I was out and i had a do not disturb sign on door, ripped everything apart. Then the next day I hear a knock at the door and before I could even get a chance to answer, maid walked right in and that was at 10:30 and check out it is at 11. It's really impressive They can.Roll the towels intothe flowers.But not so impressive that it takes 5 minutes to figure out how to unwrap them.\nAt the next light turn left Plus I did not have hot water for showers.Both days I stayed there.Don't go here even for the discount price

The Director of Sales, Shirley Coleman, went above and beyond to make my mother feel welcomed and cared for. From check-in to check-out, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. My mother was touched to find a thoughtful goodie bag and a heartfelt sympathy card from the staff waiting in her room—such a personal and unexpected gesture during a difficult time. It meant a lot to both of us and truly showed the level of care this hotel provides. I give this hotel 5 stars without hesitation and will absolutely be recommending it to others for future stays.
