Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Chester by IHG

This IHG location is near so many restaurants and stores. Right next to a popular coffee shop and burger place with a fantastic Italian restaurant less than a half mile away. It sports a nice gym and indoor pool and a really great breakfast with options for everyone! Love the bean to brew machines for fresh coffee anytime of day! I would suggest more than one washer/dryer though. Comfortable beds and electric shades to darken room.

The service was amazing. Keisha was very nice and made the experience exceptional. In a stressful situation due to late arrival from weather she made it a enjoyable experience. I love the advanced technology of the TV. The pool was warm so myself and children could all enjoy time without freezing. Breakfast was good and the room was clean , beds and pillows were comfortable. Even during checkout the front desk representative was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here to others and will stay in the future.

The hotel seemed clean and was a good value. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The issue was waking up to ants all over the table. We were on the second floor in the middle of the building, so it wasn’t even a ground-level room. When I told the staff, it felt like they already knew about it. Their only response was “sorry,” which wasn’t very helpful. Since I was only staying one night, I let it go, but if it had been a longer stay, I would’ve been pretty upset with the lack of response.

Positive: This hotel was fantastic- we arrived at night, and the parking lot was well lit. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and new. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Very nice and would definitely recommend. Starbucks right next door too! Negative: no

Rooms were clean, the pool was great, and we enjoyed the food for the most part. The only issue with the food was that the biscuits were cold and hard. Unfortunately, we were woken up around 6:30 a.m. by kids in the hallway playing loud music and talking loudly right outside our room. It woke me and my two kids up, so we didn’t get the chance to sleep in. I tried calling the front desk from the room phone, but it wasn’t working very well, so I had to call from my mobile phone. The front desk did handle the situation once I reached them. Other than that, the stay was good overall.
