Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roseville/Detroit Area

Adam was extremely accommodating and very welcoming. We appreciate the hospitality. The hotel is very clean and must be newly updated because everything looks brand new. Our suite smelled amazing and it was stocked with quality soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. As well as plenty towels. They also have quiet hours, so you can actually get some sleep at night. Thanks again Adam! We enjoyed our stay at Microtel!

Positive: AC worked really well. It was very hot outside. Negative: This is a dog friendly hotel. We had our dog with us.The room next to us 236 had two dogs that barked. No sleep either night. Asked to switch rooms. Front desk never called us.I complained twice each night but nothing was done. Terrible service

Terrible customer service|Room 236 was barking HELL!! Pet friendly hotel and we had a dog. We didn't sleep for two days and nights because of barking. We complained nothing was done. Requested refund they stated we never complained and there were not any issues.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. You can tell that the staff (Adam) cares From the moment I entered, I felt the warm, welcoming energy. He greeted us with smiles and was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, the bed was quite comfortable location was convenient for everything I needed. The overall experience was excellent, and I’d happily return!

Rooms have roaches room not as clean as it could be need to improve breakfast menu better syrup it was nasty orange juice some type of meat and eggs boiled or scrambled. And Dear Lord keep them door closed and locked so no drug addict can't get in at night.Its in a go location near restaurants stores and gas station none of the housekeeper understands English or spoke English but I was able to get clean rugs to clean room and a broom and a mop from them they were very helpful .took pictures of dirty room and roaches showed front desk was able to change rooms as my sink was clogged. Second room sink worked fine.its a must they get better on cleaniness
