Holiday Inn Express & Suites Detroit North - Roseville by IHG

My trip here was nothing short of amazing! The rooms were very nice spacious and clean. The front desk service was great! They were very nice, i was greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed. I have free Wi-Fi, the breakfast was amazing. I will highly recommend, as to why I'll be back soon 🤩

My husband and I traveled over to Detroit for a hockey tournament. The first hotel we booked over a month ago had cock roaches when we checked it. We immediately left. (Other hotel brand). After my husband's first game, we were recommended to Holiday Inn Detroit North. Not only did they accommodate us, the rooms are clean, hotel is quite, great location, amazing breakfast and the staff have been just simply amazing!! We will be back!!

Positive: Hotel was clean, has a pool for kids, and offered breakfast Negative: The water pressure was not good in the shower. The worst part is, I got no sleep. The floor above me they were running around and jumping up and down all night long. I complained, but the noise never stopped

After check in I left for dinner. Upon my return I wanted to watch tv while my boyfriend was in the shower. I tried several times to turn the tv on. I called the front desk and explained the situation to Amanda she told me it was nothing she could do maintenance was not there. She offered to change my room and I declined I told her that was not necessary she said that she would add some reward points to my account because I’m a ihg member I told her that was fine. Checked in 10-10-25 @ 10:15pm. Got the keys to the room went to Room 208 My brother went to sit on the on bed closest to fthe air conditioner and the bed frame was completely broke up near headboard by the night stand. I went down to tell the front desk they had matenince come up and told us we had to get a new room. Then we got new keys to new Room 214. In that room the towel racks were coming out of the walll the toilet paper holder was coming off the vanity there were cracks in the floor of the bathroom and the paint was coming off the walls.. 10-11-25 Fire alarms went off at 6am not once but twice. When we were going to leave the rooms. Then some lady don't know who said that it was fine and that we didn't need to evacuate and the fire department showed up. Breakfast food was under
