Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pooler/Savannah

Do NOT stay here if you are above 5’7. The shower head is ignorantly low and the water pressure is terribly weak. The shower is one thing the management has control over, and they have rigged it to fail their customers. The place has a moldy smell as well. I’ll never stay at this location again.

Great experience! Drove all the way from Ontario, Canada to visit Savannah and we were very happy with our stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and staff were lovely to us. Plenty of amenities within walking distance and a special shout out to Ms Brenda who was welcoming, fun and made us feel very safe :) Thanks for a great stay!

The room was not like the photos they have online. There were no eating tables. We had to switch out the sheets. The Caucasian lady was very rude! She threatened to call the cops on us because we wanted a refund! We never been in trouble with the law before. We didn't go off on her or get loud, but she was definitely rude and disrespectful! I heard her say she been there for 9 years. I honestly don't see how, because she do not have customer service skills at all. I dealt with the public for over 20 years. I have dealt with people with horrible attitudes but I never allow them to change who I am. She definitely needs to control herself with being a professional dealing with the public. I can't say that about the guy who works there because he was very nice, so was the housekeeper. The room

We were visiting Savannah Georgia on December 5 and decided to stay at the Microtel in Savanah/Pool to be quite pleasant. The rate was $85 plus taxes and they put us in a handicap. Will not that we need it, but it was larger with a big walk in the shower. We found it to be very clean and somewhat modern. We had no complaints about the room itself probably would prefer hotels that don’t have the carpeting. Still a lot of changing over to the Hardwood or laminate floors. It was quiet where we were. The staff was great. The continental breakfast was very good. There were no hot food Other than waffles. They did offer cereal, waffles, and fruit Along with different bread items. We would not have any reason to stay there again. It was about 25 minutes. To the river block area. Would have pref

This is a clean room, Has comfortable mattresses, and was quiet. No table for eating . Watched Super Bowl and that channel was fuzzy but glad we could watch it. No coffee in room. Front desk made me a fresh cup on request . It is worth the money . Breakfast is continental. I will stay again . My husband is in a wheelchair. There is no elevator. They always make sure we are on first floor. We usually are here in off season. Not sure they would be so apt to accommodate the first floor issues if here in the vacation seasons .
