Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Manistee

Great experience at this location. Room was reasonably sized for what was booked. Very clean. Staff was friendly, exceptionally helpful, and had wonderful recommendations for places to eat. Breakfast was much better than a lot of standard complimentary breakfasts. No issues at all with this location. Short distance from the casino, shuttles stop here if you don't wish to drive.

Loved the set up of suite. Hotel was quiet, and clean! Two things that definitely could be better, mattress was very hard, definitely have people that like that type, just not myself or my husband. Lastly the parking lot is/was a skating rink when we got back to the hotel about 9pm. All in all a great place to stay for one or maybe two nights, but wouldn’t choose for an extended stay type of situation.

Clean, nice welcome at the desk, great rates, and free breakfast. I’ll definitely stay again. Also has a Starbucks across the street and just about every other amenity is close by.

Positive: staff was freindly and helpful Negative: Cleanliness was subpar. My wife, two daughters 11 and I were woken up at 1 am while another guest was screaming at a spouse. It was rather scary, lots of profanilty. Police came out twice before he was removed. We didnt get back to sleep until 3.

I have stayed at the Microtel numerous times now with never a complaint. The room is always clean, the staff is always there to please and the location is great if you're visiting Manistee, Michigan. Personally, I wouldn't stay at any other place. I have also come with different friends, and they were all impressed as well.
