Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lithonia/Stone Mountain

This was a horrible stay for me The carpets smelled like mildew and pee. My room had roaches If I could have changed hotels I would have After I checked out all went and washed all my clothes and shook out my suitcases

The lady at the front desk was pleasant but the room was horrible for $106.55. I should have spent less and stayed down the street for half the cost. Those cheaper hotels are exactly like this. My family stayed for a night and I’m happy I brought my own pillowcases. The pillows and sheets weren’t the cleanest. I killed a bug and a cockroach. The bathroom is old and in urgent need of renovation. I had to request new towels and wash rags as hair and spots were all over them. It’s the first hotel I stayed at where I kept all my suitcases and bags tightly zipped!!!! Not recommended at all.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Nasty, sink leaks, all channels all full of static except 1. Keys cards barely work. Batteries are taped to the back of remote, no back on remote, two different stays, they never refunded either deposit.

I slept wonderfully. The bed and pillows were amazing. I was able to check in early with a $20 fee with no problem. Customer service was on point as well. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay again. Please change the character length for the comments.

this is by far the worst place i had ever been. i came here with a few family members to rest a day before we head back on the road and its not even been a full day and i see roaches, spiders, other kind of bugs, the walls are SO nasty, the ac smells so disgusting, the bathroom is extremely filthy, the beds were so unprofessionally done, hell even the tv was not working properly. everything you see on the front page is just all lies. I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!!
