The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were greeted by the resident cats that were cute. Let's get to the room... stains in the carpet that tells me they haven't shampooed it since God knows when. The tub... if you wanted to take a bath you couldn't due to the piece being broken in the tub. That stank, nasty, green, disgusting pool... if anybody gets in there they are crazy. Although, we reported it they did exactly nothing. Maintenance was non existent. The young ladies that were cleaning the rooms were so sweet and kind. One of the good things was the close proximity to restaurants, the highway, and other stores. Breakfast was terrible. The only eggs were hard boiled, no meat at all, no toast, no danish, no fruit. Could not get waffle mix from dispenser, there was only one cup to dispense waffle mix that everyone had to reuse, ran out of syrup, had to ask for coffee cups. All of this happened when there was still 1 hour left for breakfast service. Oh, and ran out of coffee. I stopped by the front desk to inform them, their first response was to laugh. I decided to go out for breakfast. Other than that, the phone in my room was not connected, it was just a useless phone sitting on the desk. So I couldn't call the front desk to ask for the wifi password. Very disappointing to say the least.

Had to change rooms because television not working, but we were given an upgrade. Coffee pot broken in second room, but we fixed it. Visible remodel holes not yet fixed. Kids talking loudly outside. Super kitchen manager working with no help. No toast, we were told they weren’t allowed bread. There were bagels, fresh bananas, scrambled eggs and bacon, but it wasn’t ready at 8am. Not my favorite place to stay.

There was nothing great about this hotel. The one positive is that the room was clean. However, there remained lots of room for improvement. The staff, while not rude, just seemed uninterested and did not exude a welcoming demeanor. When we arrived the room did not have sufficient towels for the number of guests booked, the problem was handled sufficiently. The ice machine on the first floor was broken, I guess but not sure because it was not plugged into the electrical outlet, the front desk person was unaware of the issue and was glad it was brought to his attention. The reservation was in my name (TamaraPugh), and my daughter was added to the account for check-in purposes. Check-in time was listed as 3:00 PM. My children arrived at the hotel at approximately 4:30 PM and were informed that the room was still not ready. My daughter spoke directly with a front desk staff member named Angel, who advised that it would be “about another hour,” but stated she could not guarantee readiness.
