Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville/University Med

There are a lot of strange people walking around making noise all night. Waking up, banging doors, screaming. I think those people may live there for extended periods. Although the day manager was nice. I would never stay here again. The room was clean and neat. The individuals they serve make this place a terrible place to stay. They moved us to another floor, and it was still loud and ridiculous. Kids screaming all night, we had to get up early to travel back home. Very disappointed.

whole hotel from the lobby up to the rooms smelled like weed. my room was the dirtiest hotel room ive ever been in. the tv was covered in some kind of white splatter. the remote was covered in something sticky like soda. there were hairs in the clean towels. there were stains on the bed. the peep hole was broken and i had 2 random people try to get in my room over the 2 nights i stayed there. i didnt think that hotels could get worse, after the last one i went to, but microtel inn in greenville has raised the bar.

The front desk was friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was fine. I was happy with my stay until breakfast when the “hospitality” worker announced to the room that I forgot to put a replacement empty cup under the pancake mix dispenser after using it. Sorry lady my dad just had a massive heart attack and I still don’t know if he’s going to pull through. Hope she had the day she deserved.

Went to check in, the lobby smelled like straight weed!! Got to my room-smallest room I've ever seen in a hotel. Smelled like cheap citrus cleaner. The window was left open from the previous guest. The sheets felt damp. |The towel rack in the bathroom was barely hanging on with the bottom screws. There was hair on the sink and in the tub. For some reason, there was wood up around the top of the shower, it looked filthy!! |I headed out to get ice, there is not an ice machine on the 2nd floor, only the first and third. Went to both, neither was working. |The next morning, after showering in the gross bath, I got ready to dry my hair. Turned on the blow dryer that was provided, immediately smelled smoke. It wasn't on fire but it sure smelled like it! Luckily, I have very short hair. |My co-wo

Positive: "" Negative: Booked a room with microwave and fridge clearly stated on my reservation. Front desk disputed it. Got a tiny room with broken TV. Asked to be moved. @ 11:30 put a noisy family directly next to me despite plenty of rooms.
