Affordable Suites Greenville

This is a very nice place has plenty of room in the rooms, only thing is the service. The hotel manager Jennifer has no hospitality. She was very short with me when I told her about the water not being hot in the shower, she claimed that maintenance had come the day before and just hooked up two new hot water heaters. Nothing was done about it even though she said she was going to call them, I had to take a cold shower. Told her we needed more towels she said their isn't any house keeping on Saturday and couldn't bring us any because she had to go clean other rooms, never received any new towels so we ended up washing the ones we had got locked out the laundry room so we called the emergency number which she answered and said that it wasn't an emergency and wasn't going to come unlock the

Positive: Nothing, it doesn't hold up to the clean status. Negative: The unfriendly service, the fact that there was no blanket. Sheet or pillow on the sofa bed or offer. There was roaches, there were trim problems in the bathroom.

This hotel was the best one I have stayed at. It was clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was great. No heavy traffic despite being located in a subdivision. The staff was exceptional! Made accommodations for me, and went out of the way to do so. No wonder this hotel is in high demand!

I love this place. Patty reached out to me via text telling me to call her when I arrived so she could bring me a key. I informed her that I’d be arriving on a late flight so she placed my key in a lock box and gave me a code and instructions. The suites are amazing especially for the price. Living rooms with a TV and a kitchenette which had an oven, stove, micro wave, fridge as well as plates, glasses, mugs and silverware. Super clean. Made me wish I’d been entertaining. Lovely neighborhood and the hotel has that classic Southern-style appearance. A highly recommend this place.

Not bad if you are by yourself and do not care about where you are. If with family or anyone you care about, go elsewhere. This is, without a close equal, the worst smelling room I’ve ever paid for. It was straight up animal piss and it was overpowering. The floors were sticky and all surfaces felt like a neglected Waffle House. The bed, walls, and bathroom were what you’d expect for a room at this price. Uncomfortable, holes, and well worn out would be words to describe it. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes. I wouldn’t want to stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it if traveling with anyone you care about.
