Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham College Station

This place is AMAZING! Extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The AC and heater worked well in the room. The staff was exceptional as well. Bailey is the manager and she went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay.

The hotel was very clean inside and outside. The bed and bedding was very nice and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets to plug in all our electronics and a CPAP machine, which is always a big plus! We did have to figure out the Nest thermostat. The hair dryer had a built in night light!

🪲FULL GROWN BED BUGS!!! 🪲. PLEASE SCROLL THROUGH THIS THREAD. THEIR ARE SEVERAL CUSTOMERS WHO'VE BATTLED WITH BED BUGS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We discovered a severe bed bug infestation in our room. Despite our expectations of a safe and sanitary environment, my wife and I have been bitten several times every night throughout the duration of our stay. We didn't know where the bites were coming from until we identified the presence of bed bugs on Saturday February 21, 2026 7:30 p.m.after noticing physical symptoms and finding live bugs/blood spots on the bedding. And check this out, hotel management offered us one free night for compensation after knowing that the room had bed bugs. I didn't know what to do so I called the police to the scene and they told me to report it to the health depa

Positive: Staff were polite and helpful. Location. Negative: Shower has a tub in which my 82 year old dad had to step over. Not ADA.

I don't recommend this place. 12/27 Approximately around 11 am Staff, Bailey came into my room without notice. **(the sign do not disturb sign was placed on the door). Check out is at noon. She entered my room while I was in the restroom, I chased her out (**She confirmed it was her when I confront her when I checked out). So uncalled for and left me uneasy. While in the RR I heard the room phone, i didn't answer it b/c I was in the RR.I thought it was my family, they were on the 2nd floor but they would call my cell phone. Than I heard the phone ring again. I never have been mistreated like this before. I stayed in other hotels. I will never stay at this one again. The breakfast wasnt the best. Warmed up microwave food stuffed in a warmer. No water only juice. No fresh fruit or many choic
