Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cheyenne

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel should not be open until the renovations are complete. We were only there two night but had 3 rooms. The was most apologetic, but when locks and showers do not work, the rooms should not be used.

It was a decent economy hotel within walking distance of downtown. Overall, the room was fine. My only two major complaints about the room were 1.) the “hot” water in the bathroom was tepid at best, and 2.) the ventilation unit could not be set to “constant fan” (the feature was disabled), which would’ve made for a horrible night, since the noisy unit kept abruptly turning on and shutting off throughout the night. Fortunately, I brought a portable fan with me as a backup to drown out all of that racket. Front desk service was good and professional. It’s an economy hotel and you get what you pay for, but at least the rooms were clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The beds were super comfy, there were plenty of channels to watch television. And best of all the manager of the establishment was the sweetest woman ever! She helped me out of a bind that took more than 30 minutes out of her schedule, and she solved a problem that I would not have been able to solve by myself. If you wanna go to a motel/hotel, where you’re going to get top-notch service and accommodations it’s this place! They saved my trip!

Everyone was really nice. Their rooms were comfortable. I had a service dog and a pet. Everyone was very comfortable with it. They cleaned my room while I was here. I was only here for three days but I would recommend if you’re coming to town. This is a good place to stay.

No hot water, had to shower with cold water the whole stay. I got charge a $150 deposit that they told me it would be refundable once I turned in the room clean and no damage. No damages done to the room. The room I left clean. I called to asked why they charge me the $150 refundable front desk told me because when they cleaned the room they found stuff that indicated that I had smoked in the room. Im not a smoker, nor did I invite anyone to the room. The only one that went into the room was housekeeping and thats because I forgot to use the do not disturb sign. After several attempts to contact the manager she was never there. The front desk couldn't help me either and told me if I was charge the $150 was because the manager charge because only the manager was authorize to charge that fe
