The front desk staff are very polite, and pleasant to interact with. The highway is very close, and it’s very loud inside the rooms.. as well as I’m assuming other guests.. We were on the 2nd floor and it was pretty much impossible to sleep, especially with an infant.. Aside from the noise level, the room we were given was pretty disgusting. Doesn’t appear sheets were cleaned, they have stains? (I hope, best case scenario) and rips.. as well as some sort of nat/bug on the bed. (NOT a bed bug) The bathroom had urine on the toilet seat, stickers from previous guests soap bottles, dirt in the tub and on the floor, one side (bottom) of the toilet was cleaned but the other was not and dripping chemical scum all over the shower.… There was previous guests soap in the shower still.. We were in town for christmas with family. I booked online so its always a gamble. But the staff was so nice and the room was great 👍 my husband is in a wheelchair the room was done so good for him. We we so happy to see a shower chair. Most hotels leave that out . So great job!!!! We will be back

Great little room right off the Interstate with a fridge and microwave and all very clean. Ok breakfast (self-service waffle and a banana) at a very fair price. The host was friendly and attentive, too.

Positive: The hotel rooms were newly renovated and clean. Negative: I was staying 2 nights and didn't expect my room to be cleaned. I came back and saw that somebody was in the room when I didn't know that would happen. At the front desk, they should say that housekeeping service will happen after the first night.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room. That's where it's good. Here's where it's not. The single queen room is small, but for one person it's fine. For a place that's advertised as recently remodeled, there is definitely a lacking of storage space between the bathroom and the bedroom itself. Where hanging racks, hooks, and wall-mounted storage could be, there isn't here. I don't expect a 5-star breakfast, but I've stayed at cheaper competitors that offered more in this department. Juice was watery, tasted weird, and looked moldy. Coffee was stale. Hallway smelled weird too. While I would stay again, it wouldn't be my first choice under these conditions.
