Michiana Motel

The cleaning lady is amazing and went out of her way to get me anything I needed and was just a wonderful human being in general. She lives on site. Worth the stay just to talk with her. One of the kindest people I've ever met. I was in a very tough spot at the time and she was a literal helpful Ray of sunshine.

The rooms had recently been renovated. With the air conditioning on, I couldn't here anything going on outside my room. No traffic noise or noises from the parking lot. The rates were reasonable during peak season. I stayed during March. However, No ESPN!! My only complaint would be the lack of basic cable channels. They even sprayed the rooms and property for bugs. The pool was clean and the Staff was more than kind every day.

Absolutely Loved it!!!!!! The cockroaches gave it a great sparkle on the decor. The bathrooms were perfect for brushing teeth and taking 100 showers. Let me not forget the beds. OMG! AMAZING SLEEP I EVER HAD

This place is clean for the most part. It is run by an Indian lady and her father. They constantly walk around being nosey. But don't do anything about the hordes of drug dealers that hang out there constantly. All they care about is money anyway. They turn the hot water heater way down so you don't get much and you waste so much water waiting for it to get hot. It takes a good 3-4 minutes for it to get hot. The only reason I know this is because my husband went around the back of our room and turned the hot water up so everyone could take a shower in the morning. And also that is your only choice- a shower. It looks grimy in there so I would definitely bring/invest in a pair of cheap flops or shower shoes. Yucky!! It was fun an i had a good time in the pool with my family in till the lady in the office an old ass lady came an told my family to get out an pool was closed when it wasn't the pool closes at 9 pm an it was only 4 pm in the afternoon ... On the other hand the manger was really cool an active with all guest an made sure I was taken care of an i really appreciated that !!
