Miami International Apartments by Lowkl

This place was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The girl that checked me Gabrielle was amazing and attentive. I asked for an early check-in she did not promise that I would get it however she was able to get me in sooner. The area of the lactation was close to many stores and restaurants. I look forward to returning soon. If you are looking for a hotel in the Miami Beach area look no further the is the place you want to be.

WARNING…DO NOT BOOK…CANCELLED and was charged anyway!!! I was looking forward to staying here. When I showed up, the hallways were dark and depressing and smelled. When I got into the room, the smell was even worse. It was a combination of mildew, sex and cheap perfume…the kind that a prostitute would wear. The bed was squeaky and the sheets seemed very old and thin. There was a sign in the cabinet saying that the glasses and plates were “cleaned using things in the room, but NOT sanitized up to standard.” I was discussed and simply could NOT stay there. I went to the front desk and told them that I would have to cancel the booking, they told me to call booking.com. When I called booking.com booking.com told me that they have sent a request to LOWKY allowing me to cancel without a fee. Wh

This property is managed by Lowkl. Despite having a confirmed booking through Airbnb for a special personal trip (birthday anniversary), no check-in instructions were provided on the day of arrival. After multiple attempts to get assistance, we were informed that the unit was not ready and could not accommodate us. This resulted in a last-minute cancellation and forced emergency rebooking, completely disrupting our plans. For a professional management company operating multiple properties, this level of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I would not recommend booking properties managed by Lowkl based on this experience.

Lowkl is an absolute garbage company with garbage customer service. The pictures are not only misleading but they have no communication what so ever. We didn’t get check in details until literally 2 hours before we were supposed to check in. Such crappy communication and I filled their dumb registration form out several times and then wouldn’t get a response. Terrible English. We stayed elsewhere because we had driven 600 miles! We didn’t even check in their crappy property and they still charged us and wouldn’t give a refund. They suck seriously! Don’t waste your time with these fake phonies! Pay more for somewhere else and avoid LOWKL because they are loco!

Honest review: very basic, acceptable level of cleanliness. If you’re fussy with appearance, this place will turn you off as it’s not very appealing the entrance and the hallway. The check in is managed remotely by another company. Seems like an AirBnb situation where the owner just rents out each room - strange setup I must say. Very economical choice in South Beach. WiFi is very good. Served its purpose as a cheap stay low frills for one night.
