Metropole Suites South Beach

Stayed here for 2 nights after our cruise. Got there early and they were able to store our bags for the bag. Even called and gave us early check in at 12ish! Rooms aren't in amazing shape but it's clean and the bed is comfy. The location is absolutely perfect. Super close to the beach. Yet enough off the main strip that we could sleep just fine. Would stay again

I stayed here one night with my niece as we were heading out on a cruise the following day so it's hard to rate service like you could on longer stays. However, we enjoyed our stay. My niece loved the place as it looked more like a small apartment. I wish we could have enjoyed a little swim in the small courtyard, but we had to see South Beach while we were there. |A plus, and the main reason I picked the hotel to begin with was that the parking garage was directly across the street. I think I paid close to $20 for overnight parking which is fine for being 2 streets up from South Beach. |My only gripe would be that the floors could use a redo. Looked like laminate flooring and it was popping up in some areas. The elevator is also very small and old. Room for 2, but it's not a huge hotel so

Ezekiel and Nathaniel were amazing. Nathaniel was very friendly and helpful at check-in, and Ezekiel Went way above and beyond for my group. Any request that we made he was on it and he did it with a smile. He was amazing and this place is blessed to have him!! The hotel was older but clean and quiet. Their outdoor space to relax was also quiet and full of greenery and places to sit. We enjoyed ourselves. The only negative was the front desk lady that was there the morning we checked out, Natalie. She was very unfriendly, unapproachable, unpleasant, unwilling to help. Her customer service skills were severely lacking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!!!!

Positive: Location and the people at the front desk were very nice Negative: There were many things, but you won’t allow me to put it all here. The biggest was water coming down the wall from upstairs and I got an electrical shock when I went to switch the light on. Got an electrical shock. Missing handle on refrigerator.

Angel and Franco were very attentive from the beginning of our stay. The service staff member was also very helpful with everything we needed. I stayed with my mother and a baby, and we had everything we needed. The practical kitchen and the separate bedroom helped a lot with privacy, and the location is perfect, very close to the beach. The apartment is a bit older and could use some repairs, but nothing that affected our stay.
