Metro Motel

Use to stop by this place many years ago and it wasn't anything special, just someplace for a quick hit. Its only saving grace is the privacy since you can go from the car to the room without seeing anyone but on the other side it is really creepy looking now. Definitely not a place to stay overnight.

I moved around a lot in the past couple of years due to school purposes and not finding that right room mate. So, from time to time I like to travel in to the city and visit the sites and sounds. I thought this hotel was a good find, but it was not. Too expensive for the area. You be better off heading out to Up State or out on the Island for a find that may offer more like a gym or even breakfast services at no extra charge....they don't off any other services and your lucky if you get extra towels. :( Make sure they don't double charge you......and Happy Traveling........

I definitely survived. Only stay here if you must. |The hygiene is so bad. Carpet stains... ||Don't get me started on the bedsheets. I moved into a room previously occupied because I badly needed Internet. Sheets were not changed and will not be changed til I check out. Am here for about 7 days. ..||Oh dear me. If you must stay here, only come through when your exhausted. We found a good diner called Nevada for our meals. No breakfast here.||The staff here are not very keen on keeping customers. Its a take it or leave depending on whom you get at reception. ||The only good thing is the hot water. I would not come back here. No ways..

The place has bad room (there was bed bugs, roaches etc) plus there would always be something bad smelling in the hallways

This place needs to be shut down! First off, the person at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE! He first couldn't find my reservation. After finding it, he stops servicing me to take a persnal call. Seriously!? Next, I was charged more "taxes" after the website had included taxes when I booked initially. Now let's talk about the room. There were stains all over the walls, a broken nightstand, and the carpet looks as though it wasn't vacuumed in a month. They have nerve for charging more than $20 a night. Never again!!!
