Should be a nice area if they are able to get the work done. Be careful with the amount they require as down payment for new construction. If they go belly up good luck. You may think they are backed by Mayflower, but different Company. Proceed with caution. They also require you to close before finished with no responsibility on their behalf to finish. Also, they are getting a kick back as part of this development from MDIA group that will allow random people to use HOA amenities. Will not share HOA financials. A lot of red flags. We decided to buy after complete on market. Cannot get hurt that way. If buying Pre-Construction be very careful. And you are dealing with New Yorkers who cannot be trusted.
