Maxwell's House Resort

Our pup loves daycare at Maxwell's House. She's an only dog so daycare gives her a chance to play with other pups in a safe, supervised environment. This is important for all dogs but especially good for a high energy breed.

I have been coming to Maxwell's House for 10+ years. Our dog Hammer loves his people here. He has done daycare 3 days a week, he has been boarding here since day one, and he gets groomed before every pickup! Liz, Dave and Stevi are the most caring people I have ever met. They have even taken in strays and nursed them back to health. They go above and beyond to care for our pets so we can go to work, go on vacation or just to take our pets there so they can visit the other pets. They are also the best with cats and have taken in quite a few and then found them loving homes. As my dog is getting older, I wouldn't trust him with anyone else. They are the absolute best!!!

I have been taking my dog Chelsea to doggie day care at Maxwell's House for a few months now, and I have nothing but great things to say! When I initially started looking into the option of sending Chelsea to doggie day care, Liz was very responsive to all of my emails, even before I became a client since it was a few months before they had space for another dog. On Chelsea's first day, I could already tell that all of the staff love and care for all the dogs as if they are their own pets. It's very comforting to know that I have a wonderful place to take our dog to go have fun and socialize a few days a week while I am working. Whenever I drop her off, she gets SO excited when we wait in the lobby and she always comes home tired, so I know she is having a good time. Despite the fact that

The only place I would ever take my animals! I've been going to Liz and Stevi even before Maxwell's House began. They go above and beyond with everything they do. My boy has an auto-immune disease and with Liz's background in animal science and experience with animals, I know he will always be safe there. They treat each and every animal like their own. Forever grateful to have a business like this in the Wyoming Valley. Would thoroughly recommend for all of their services, hands down!
