Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre-Scranton Airport Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel on four separate occasions. We were greeted each time by friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was larger than most hotel bathrooms and the shower was wonderful. We also enjoyed the breakfast because there was such a variety of options available. We will recommend this location to family and friends and we look forward to returning soon.

I have 2 young kids so I wanted a place that had a full sized fridge/freezer, space for 2 pack ‘n plays, breakfast included, and was close to Scranton, and this hotel checked all of those boxes and then some. Staff were super friendly and even though it’s close to the airport I never once heard a plane. I could hear cars from the highway from my room, but it wasn’t loud enough to impact my sleep. The blackout curtains are also a nice touch. The place is pristinely clean and there’s plenty of on-site free parking. Great place that I highly recommend!

Room was fine. Nothing special. Mattress was hard. Pillows were flat and had no support. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Staff seemed indifferent. They weren't rude. They just acted like they'd rather be anywhere else but at work.

😊: Friendly staff, easy accessm good parking.. 😢: Breakfast was not worth to be called a breakfast, everything plastic and flies over the bread and bakerys everywhere, went to Wallmart and bought fresh nuts to be able to put at least something helathy in my stomach, used the youghurt to mix the nuts with, but that's about all that was eatable I am sorry to say..

Front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. Building appears to be new. We didn't have the breakfast, but they have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times, which was nice. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was fairly roomy for a hotel bathroom. We would stay here again if in the aream
