Master Suite with Fruitful Tree backyard

The Exterior of the place is actually pretty interesting, Specifically the back yard. The interior of the space however is divided into 3 Housing Units (Triplex?). The space my group is staying in Has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath and a Living room containing 1 Twin size bed (Separated by a Hospital Curtain ) and 2 couches. The Sound Isolation is non-existent. You WILL indeed hear whatever is going on in someone else’s room. The kitchen is small and contains the essential appliances but ALL of the dishes and Cookware had been used and NEVER CLEANED. I’ve had to wash everything I’ve planned on using because nothing in these cabinets are clean.
