A place you can feel at home in. Not too big. Bigger than little. On sight manager is good dude. Stays on top of maintenance issues when they seldom arise. Good neighbors. Good friends.
Its a tight little neighborhood where everyone knows everyone and they do what they can to be helpful to each other. The on site maintenance manager 'Jimmy' is a great guy with a big heart and goes above and beyond to be there and available for the tenants that live there. Can't thank him enough for the friendship he's showed to my mom who lives there.
Always wanted to live there. But no room. Very nice folks and friends
Yhe manager never takes care of the place. Kind of a sketchy place to be. I've ran into some scary people there.
