Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here a month ago for 2 nights on a weekend trip from Canada as their first time in New York City for a comedy show at MSG. This is the only hotel that allows Age 18 for reservations with affordable prices, great location and luxury! The front desk staff were so friendly and amazing in ensuring my daughter and her boyfriend would be able to put a deposit down in cash as her credit card did not arrive in the mail due to a postal strike. They were so kind, patient and made me feel confident that they would be taken care of and safe. My daughter and her boyfriend had a wonderful experience here. Positive: The staff were great and very helpful. Always had a smile on their face. The location is excellent. The price was reasonable in the bedroom was pretty well sized considering it was in New York City. Would definitely go back again. Negative: The locks on the front door and the bathroom door weren't really working properly.

One of the dirtiest ‘4*’ pretender hotels in the Hilton Chain. Couple this with an arrogant manager and daytime front office team, you have the setting for a worst stay. We got a room that had a broken bathroom door( which was not fixed), dirt on the bedsheets and a safe that was locked. We had two rooms on separate floors despite having a single booking.

I had a fantastic check in experience at the Martinique New York on Broadway thanks to Caroline at the front desk. I arrived around 1:30 PM, well before the standard check in time, and she couldn’t have been nicer. Since I’m a Gold member, she kindly arranged an early check in and even upgraded my room from a queen to a king. The new room is wonderful. A comfortable king bed, a nice sitting area, and everything feels clean, modern, and really well done. What really stood out, though, was Caroline’s attitude. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who clearly enjoys their job and makes guests feel taken care of. A great start to my stay! Five stars for Caroline and the Martinique!

Had a great week in New York with the family! We had a few weird things happen at this hotel… when we first checked in, our rooms were showing as $600ish more than the price I booked for (we travel often and this was the first time this discrepancy has happened). They have Hilton Grand Vacation sales reps walking around the lobby trying to sell vacations… super tacky and uncomfortable. The bellmen were SO awesome and helpful in storing bags and getting taxis! The front desk staff were really unpleasant… it’s just nice to work with nice people and this desk staff were so rude. The rooms were small, but par for NYC. The beds are nice, the pillows are about half the size of a standard pillow so you need to ask for more if you are used to full sized pillows. Rooms were very quiet!!! The loca
