:1 star Very disappointing experience at this hotel. We specifically booked a room for four people — two adults and two children (ages 5 and 6) — expecting a room that could reasonably accommodate a family of four. But when we checked in, we were given a room with only two very small twin beds, each only about 1.2 meters wide. This is simply not suitable for two adults and two children to sleep comfortably. We called reception immediately to explain the problem and expected at least some effort to help or offer a solution. Instead, we were told that this was all they had available and that if we were unhappy, we were basically free to leave. That was the extent of their response. No real apology, no alternative, no attempt to fix the situation. For a room costing around $650 per night,

This was for our honeymoon stay before our cruise. On the whole the hotel was fine but it did feel extremely overpriced for what it was. The location was great but room was small and needs modernising/ renovation. Small things such as sliding bathroom door which did not lock - in a double twin bedroom seems like madness! No glasses other than paper cups for hot drinks seemed like below typical Marriott standard and no tea spoons only wooden stirrers! Was also disappointed that our towels were changed every single day even though we hung them up - something most major hotel brands do now these days to save on waste and water (only replace them if they are left on the floor). Another mirror over the desked area was required for hair/make up and additional lights. Appreciate mood lighting is

Hotel is situated in a wonderful location! Just a short 2 blocks walk, east from the Starbucks corner - you'll end up at Stop #118 for the Free Trolley ride - which would take you all the way to Lincoln Road. Be sure to download the Miami Beach app to get live updates on the Trolley stops! Lots of restaurants nearby. Walgreens and CVS are just a short 10 minutes walk away. At the front of the hotel, if you need water - just ask the valet drivers nicely. They have bottled water in a large cooler off to the side. They're all very kind. We were given room #920 - it is an accessible room with a king bed and balcony. It was very quiet and clean. The balcony technically has a partial Oceanview if you look to the left hand side. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. We loved the free g

Had a great stay at the Marriott Stanton. The room was comfortable and quiet and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The hotel also has beachfront access and you can walk right out both to the beach and the trail that runs along it. The restaurants in the hotel itself (Lolo's and Azabu) are both amazing, and there's also plenty of great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and dedicated to making sure you have a great time while you're there. They are more than happy to offer advice and recommendations if you need help getting around. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Miami.

Avoid This Hotel – Extremely Poor Experience, Especially for Bonvoy Platinum Members||I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was so poor it warrants warning others.||I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, staying close to 70 nights per year with Marriott, and this was one of the worst Marriott experiences I’ve had.||No upgrade was offered or even discussed, despite availability and status. I was assigned an 11th-floor room which, as I quickly discovered, should be avoided at all costs. The noise from the air-conditioning compressors located on or near the roof is relentless and makes sleep virtually impossible. I recorded the noise on my phone and later found multiple prior reviews describing the exact same issue — clearly a known problem.||When I raised this with the front desk,
