Marine Village Resort

CANNOT believe I forgot to write this review!! I come to lake george 4-6 times a year and have never stayed at Marine Village Resort. How? idk lol I came to celebrate my 10th year off heroin and stayed in rooms 53 and 54 - highly recommend - these are adjoining units that are stand alone - kinda like having your own 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. SANDY WAS LOVELY. I booked with her - was able to request my rooms - paid with her weeks later over the phone and checked in and out with her! She was incredible! My stay was in September - mid month. The firepits were really nice at night. The beach is huge and clean - everyone working was so friendly. I typically do not do room service during my stay and just keep things clean - the hotel employees brought me a bag of toilet paper and

This resort was truly perfect for my family and I with young children. We stayed three nights and wish it was longer! The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfy. Luxurious bath towels and a tiny fridge and microwave! | The beach is lovely and has ample beach loungers and the pool is clean and nice quality towels! There was Italian buffet night which was delicious and FREE and the next night was SMORES NIGHT also included and free! The location is amazing right on Canada street -with shops and restaurants only strictly! I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous vacation!!

Positive: "" Negative: My online booking was for a poolside or pool view room.…we checked in later in the day and were placed in the back of a parking lot - so gross, our view was of dumpsters and the back of the pool side building. Also misc unauthorized charges on CC.

Family Fun at Marine Village Resort! ​My family and I had a fantastic stay at Marine Village Resort from August 24-26. We were a little hesitant after reading some reviews about cleanliness, but we were pleasantly surprised! Our room was spotless, and we didn't see any signs of mold or a dirty bathroom. The resort's private beach was a huge plus, and it was great to be able to use the kayaks and paddleboards available for rent. Just a heads up, there are no lifeguards, so keep a close eye on your kids. ​The staff truly made our trip special. From the front desk to every other employee, everyone was incredibly kind and made us feel like valued guests. We loved the special events they had each day. My first time at Lake George and I'm so lucky to have found Marine Village Resort. It's right on the lake, perfect location to walk around town. Great options for rooms - lake view, pool side, or neither. The desk staff is beyond compare - Mike, Joe and Matt are terrific and will make sure you are happy with your stay and with Lake George. Can't wait to come back next season!
