The service was amazing, Shanice on concierge was a superstar, the location was 10/10 everything we wanted to do and see was easy to get to. The service desk, the valet all great. Roof top bar great. Would highly recommend and definately stay there again.

Never again! I have stayed away from timeshare presentations due to high pressure sales. While visiting the Georgia Aquarium an employee representing Wyndham, but wearing Georgia Aquarium gear, talked us into taking a tour of the Margaritaville/Wyndham facility as a consolation prize due to the dolphin experience being closed down. The reward was supposed to be a free lunch and travel vouchers. This "tour" turned into 3+ hours of high pressure sales tactics. Reassuring me and my daughter that there would be no hard credit check for supposedly buying ownership in the timeshare, we found in fact 3 hard checks did occur, significantly affecting our credit. The sales team did everything they could to get "blood from a turnip" to the point I was in tears. I had just buried my husband 3 weeks

I had an amazing experience with the Bell Services and Valet team at Margaritaville Vacation Club Atlanta. From the moment we arrived, the level of professionalism and efficiency truly stood out. Destiny and Jayla were exceptional. They greeted us with genuine smiles, handled our luggage with care and made the entire process feel seamless and welcoming. The other team members Karina, Murti, KeAaron Dagim, TreJon were just as impressive. They were courteous, prompt and made sure we felt comfortable each time we came and went. Their positive attitude made a lasting impression. Overall the customer service we received was Top Notch! Thank you to the entire Bell Service and Valet team for setting the tone for our stay and taking good care of Gracie Brown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel over Valentine’s weekend for a cheer competition, and it was a fantastic experience. The attention to detail was remarkable, especially for the girls participating in the competition - they created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel special. To my delight, there were thoughtful little treats for the cheerleaders that really added a personal touch to our stay. It was clear that the staff had put in extra effort to ensure the girls felt celebrated and appreciated during such a big weekend. On Valentine's Day itself, the hotel continued the theme of kindness by providing treats for all guests. My husband, youngest daughter, her friend, and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Margaritaville (Atlanta), celebrating birthdays, and once again, it did not disappoint. Both the check-in and check-out processes were quick, seamless, and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, kind, and genuinely pleasant. The concierge team was especially helpful, providing us with a $100 parking credit toward our two-day valet parking in exchange for attending a brief 45-minute owner’s update meeting—an appreciated perk.
