Margaritaville Resort Times Square

After visiting NYC for over 30 years, I can honestly say this was the first time I was genuinely wanted to spend time at the hotel. Our stay at Margaritaville Resort completely exceeded expectations. We had a suite that truly left no stone unturned. The views were incredible, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully curated TV, fridge, and safe in the bedroom, robes and slippers that added the perfect “at-home” touch. The bathroom was spacious and even stocked with items you might have forgotten to pack. The rooms were turned over as if we were just checking in. The living room area was such a cozy space to relax, enjoy a late-night snack, and unwind with a show after long days exploring the city. My stay at the Margaritaville Resort was such a pleasant surprise. Even in the middle of NYC’s energy, the resort felt like a bright, relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and had that signature Margaritaville vibe that instantly puts you in a great mood! The location couldn’t have been better. It was just steps away from Times Square, great food, and endless entertainment. I also loved the atmosphere throughout the hotel; it’s lively without being overwhelming, and the décor makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a mini vacation. If you’re visiting NYC and want a stay that’s fun, convenient, and memorable, I definitely recommend Margaritaville Times Square!!

NYE Celebration at the Jimmy Buffet Restaurant. Great experience! Organized, more than decent food, and bar moved pretty quickly. Not much room for dancing/partying, but music was a nice mix. Get a Mezz-level ticket (less crowded than the main floor). AMAZING view of the NYE ball drop directly outside the hotel - just head outside around 11:45 and you'll be fine (the street is blocked off so very small crowd) and come right back inside. Don't think you'll get better a ball drop view/experience at this price point! (And I didn't stay at this hotel, just the party)

I booked an overnight stay for a business event in the city. I picked this mostly for the location and price (I booked the day before and many other hotels were filling up). The staff was friendly and the room was nice. I did have a weird issue with the fan light turning on at random times of the night on its own which disturbed my sleep. Other than that, don't expect anything from the "gym" in the hotel. It is simply 2 out of date treadmills, 2 out of order bikes, an all in one type cable machine, and dumbbells going up to 30lbs, packed into a very small room.

There was a blizzard on the day we had to arrive at the hotel.The staff was kind and said we could come in the following day and gave us the extra night we missed.Our standard size room was spacious and had a safe to put your belongings and fridge.The restaurants were of top quality and had great scenery! The LandShark Bar& Grill had the view of their outdoor pool and The Margaritaville Restaurant had the view of NYC in action.I love their gym it kept me on track with my fitness during the day and at night enjoyed the popular nearby sites such as The Birdland Theatre,Madison Square Garden and The Broadway Comedy Club and many other destinations because its in Times Square the Heart of NYC!
