Maple Leaf Inn & Suites

I brought my wife to Florida for her birthday. Starting with the rooms. The room from the outside look beautiful, but on the end side looks very rundown, very scary movie-ish, the lock didn't work, shower nor tube had running water, wall socket was pulled out and left hanging, so was the smoke detector and the bathroom fan, and the greatest parts about the room was the AC did not work only the fan,...... ON LOW. The Hotel Clerk could never be found. Only good thing about this place is that is 5 mins away from old town.. Just don't do it

We spent three nights here and we liked it. nice, clean room with two queen beds and a sofa bed.There was no additional charges for refrigerator, microwave, or even wi-fi. Wi-fi was very good; excellent signal. We have annual pass for the theme parks, so we take our children from Miami to Orlando every year. We will stay here again. perfect place to stay for me and my children.

The owner closely monitors the property - which is why I believe it maintains its quaint, safe appearance (which was also my impression after I checked-out). It is located in an area of Kissimmee that has easy access to Disney (but not close enough to get all the terrible traffic), other theme parks, and many attractions such as Old Town and Medieval Times. This was a disappointing experience. The room had many old items, cracked doors, and no shampoo in the bathroom—only soap was provided. The air conditioning was poor, and the beds were old. Additionally, the common areas had cracks in the floors and appeared to be in bad condition. I do not recommend this place.
