MainStay Suites Indianapolis Northwest - College Park

Positive: The price Negative: The hotel had no amenities that was expressed on their site. There was no utensils, dishes, or anything in the room on. No pool. No amenities at at all.

This place is very unprofessional. Tried to make me pay twice when i already paid. Then lied about calling to cancel my reservation and my sister's reservation when they never did. Because of that me and my sister had to find some where else to go. Never ever going here again.

Not sure if this place is under construction/renovation, but there were no towels in the room's bathroom, and I was told by the gentleman at the front desk to furnish my own towel. The bathroom had one washcloth and the bed had one pillow.

Should not be operating as a hotel. AC did not work. No soap, no nothing. People sleeping on the floor. Do not recommend.

They ruined the trip of fellow Gen Con people! Took their money, didn't supply a room or a refund. Poor business practice at the very least!!!
