MainStay Suites Cincinnati University - Uptown

I stayed at this Hotel for one night. The Front desk manager and front desk customer service representative were excellent. My family attended a graduation service, and we got to town early, but the front desk Manager made sure we could check in before the standard check-in time. They were sold out, and people had not checked out, but she made sure a room was ready for us without extra charge.

Worst ever experience till this date. I’m here for 14 days stay on business trip and now they allotted me room on 7th floor. Since i entered it was totally not cleaned and smell was coming out. They gave me another room and still it has the same condition. Hair and dust on the floor everywhere. Then after one day housekeeping staff came and they stole my things along with my paper bills. Thrown that into the garbage. WORST ever cleaning and housekeeping staff. Never recommend to anyone ever.

Except for our bed being too hard, we like this hotel. Our room was very large with dishes, a frig, stove top, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The location is close to our family. The staff are very nice people. The coffee is great and the breakfast buffet is very good! We didn’t use the pool this time so we can’t comment on it. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay at MainStay. Check-in and check-out were quick; the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm, which set a positive tone right away. The hotel was spotless inside and out, with a clean, welcoming atmosphere throughout. I really liked the location, and the property itself is charming. The pool area and exercise room were nice, and breakfast was a highlight, hot, fresh, and with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was also very kid-friendly, which we appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were great, the AC worked perfectly, and parking was easy. A pleasant surprise was the market inside the hotel, which had some of the best prices we have ever seen at a hotel. Overall, MainStay Suites was excellent. The staff truly went

I’ve stayed at the MainStay Cincinnati several times for work, and I can honestly say it’s still my first pick in the area. This time I lasted 2 weeks. This hotel delivers what it promised. A clean room, a comfortable stay, and a friendly greeting. The hotel room layout is ideal for a more extended stay, providing me with space to work and relax. A definite perk is the breakfast. As always, they have a good selection. Again, the entire staff has been courteous and provided excellent hospitality. A small thing that moved me was that, as I was checking out, I was greeted and helped by a new face at the front desk - Boris. He was very polite and friendly, and helped me with my departure with a sweetness that made a big difference after such a long trip.  Obviously, they hire good people. I
