Customer Reviews
I was in town for one night as my son was touring and staying a night at University of Valley Forge 2 miles away.||The hotel itself was very nice for the price. Clean room, very polite and attentive staff. Downtown was great with all of the food options that were open until 11 on a Thursday evening in September.||I want to give special recognition to the gentleman that worked 3rd shift. He was extremely helpful and a joy to speak to at breakfast. When I unpacked, I realized that I brought the wrong phone charging block but he had a spare that he gave to me and told me to keep. He also gave me a backup wakeup call at 5 a.m. in case my phone didn't charge.||The only negative I have, and it did frustrate me quite a bit, was finding parking. There was a paid lot, but only until midnig
We’ve stayed here 3 different times since November and absolutely love it! The entire hotel is clean and has anything you could need during your stay. The location is super convenient. It’s right in the heart of Bridge Street making it walkable to any of the local stores, even in the cold. The staff is extremely friendly. The woman at the front desk has recognized us from our previous stays. You can tell they prioritize customer service and making the customer feel at home. Will definitely be returning!
We had a lovely time at Mainstay. Our room, though basic, was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Free parking and excellent location will definitely bring us back. We also had a fantastic dinner at the on-premises restaurant. Highly recommend!
Positive: Unbeatable location. Eveeuthing is ealking distance, shops, restaurants, etc. Great staff. It is an older, no frills property but well maintained. Negative: Parking is limited. There are only aboutb10 spaces. But the owner has a restaurant down the street with overflow parking.
This small boutique hotel, right down the street from the Historic Colonial Theater in Phoenixville, is the perfect spot for an overnight stay after a show. Recently acquired in July 2025, 3 Families have taken over this place, upgraded it, and completely revamped EVERYTHING. From fresh paint to new bedding and furniture, it's a cozy place to just spend the night instead of driving back home in the middle of the night. Rooms ARE small, but functional, and while I'm not sure I could survive more than a single night, everything about this place shouts " NEW AND IMPROVED". Front desk is accommodating and friendly, a snack takeaway breakfast is including, and the bed was REALLY comfortable. Rooms have a microwave and fridge for your use, as well as HULU TV streaming services. All in All a grea
