Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge/Oaks

Had to come to the area for my daughter’s gymnastics meet and soup to nuts it was a great experience. Rafael checked us in and was so personable to not only the adults, but my daughter. After we dropped off our bags we were heading out for dinner and he stopped us to recommend local mom and pop places for us. Rooms were spacious and clean..but I would say the customer service at this hotel is the real standout.

Positive: Staff employee at Hampton inn is very nice and offered to upgrade my room due to the first room that was offered to me I didn’t like. Staff is good at his job showing all guest great service. Negative: Breakfast isn’t the best but everything else was ok.

Location: Super convenient location- close to highway 422, Wawa convenience store/gas station is across the street and multiple restaurants are in the direct area. Room: The room overall was clean, but had a musty smell to it. The bathroom has nice amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. Also, keep in mind the toilet is low to the ground. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows too. Breakfast: We had a cup of juice, yogurt, sausage link (which I spit out), waffles (that were awful and had no taste at all), and scrambled eggs that were also terrible. So although they offer a complimentary breakfast, we went and ate elsewhere… so don’t expect anything great. Stayed here for a convention at the Expo Center next door. Was a great stay at an affordable price considering it was a convention room. Lobby, Hall, & Room were mostly spotless. The tub was a lil dirty, that was all. Room was well equipped with all the fixings, toiletries, & extra towels you'd need for a long weekend. The in suite kitchenette was a godsend. The suite was large and with the King bed, pull out couch, and pullaway bed we were able to get by request, all 3 of us staying in the suite had our own beds. Location isnt ideal though as even though its one of 2 hotels dedicated for the Expo Center, your still almost a mile away, basically ensuring you still have to drive despite everything. The staff at this location is wonderful. We are staying here for 2 evenings. The gentleman who checked us in (10/14/25) gave our Labrador Retriever all the love. He also gave us helpful information about the app and Honors Program that we were previously unaware of. Then the woman who helped us this morning was super sympathetic to our situation and resolved everything quickly. She was also very nice to speak with and had a friendly demeanor. I cannot thank her enough for her help. The situation was that for whatever reason, the elevators at this hotel have to make the loudest dinging sound at every single floor regardless of whether or not they're actually stopping there.
