Magnuson Hotel Greenville

!!!READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW!!! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. When I first checked in I asked for a non smoking room and what did I get? A smoking room that smelled like my grandpas basement. I have been here for 4 days and my god is it horrendous. The very first time I laid down on the bed I saw a bug but decided to ignore it however, I am currently wide awake at 230 in the morning because bed bugs are crawling all over me. I have red bumps all over my legs and arms. I will attach photos if I can. As far as the maid service is concerned they could careless. After returning from work the beds were torn apart and the pillows and blankets were thrown on the floor. At first I figured they were coming back to finish it however, nobody came back to complete cleaning the mess that they made

Most affordable in Greenville and everything is in walking distance. Only down side is it could use a good cleaning. No bed bugs or roaches in my room but but the 3 times I stayed it was just dirty in general. The sheets were clean but the floors(especially).....tables & bathrooms weren't cleaned.

First Room we got the AC would not cool yhe room, refrigerator would not work, the room was filthy and there was roaches in the microwave. Of course all this was not noticed wirhin the first 15 minutes so we could not get a refund so we moved rooms. The second room looked cleaner but there was still bugs. So many roaches i left the lights on to nap. Would not sleep comfortably ty here. I left more exhausted than when i checked in. But of course no refunds are given after 15 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED SLEEP AND CANT SLEEP WITH ROACHES. I could deal with one or two but i killed one every time i got up to move i seen another and another. Terrible place to stay.

This is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed at. It was infested with roaches, the carpets were nasty. I wouldn't even dare using the carpets or blankets, so I used my own. When they asked me to move from one room to the other, I told them I would return the old room keys once I got everything out. I couldn't get everything out the first day they had me move because they wouldn't let me start until after 2pm. I had to get my kids to bed so at 8 I had to stop. I had to work the next morning and my mom was watching my children and told one of the staff that we would get the rest of it out of the old room by the end of the day. When I finally got back to the hotel at 630pm I went to the old room to get the stuff moved and it was all gone. I was informed by management that they thought I

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel ever. Not only was there cockroaches, including crawling all over the beds, the room was dirty, smelled like pee, 2 out of the 4 lights worked and there was a massive gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. We ended up sleeping in our car rather then take our chances in this roach infested Bates Motel!
