Positive: The price was good very good Negative: The guy that works at the front counter he’s very mean don’t know how to talk to people

Room left a lot to be desired for the money. Phone was disconnected. Lights did not work They stole my deposit money. 2nd time now. Never stay here again These are not nice people. Stay away.

We had a great night. Check in went well, they do require a 100 deposit btw (for those of us that don't read the reservation details). The bed was pretty comfortable so I was able to get a good night's sleep for the trip back. They could update or add additional blankets or comforters, they were just a bit stiff. The shower was great and nice and hot! We had a great stay for the price! And the location was nice as well, close to food and shops. Definitely would come back if needed.

Worst! I arrived at around midnight and I was served from outside behind a glass where I sliced my ID and credit card on a small opening through the glass like at the theater where you purchase your ticket. My room was upstairs, no elevator. Had to carry my luggage via stairs. Arrived in the room, I noticed the fridge body dirty and rusted at the bottom. Open the microwave, rusted spots found, opened on cabinet on the top, door is broken, only one knob of the kitchen faucet function, office chair ripped. The hangers are rusted. Went to bed. In the morning, as I am leaving for an appointment, a cockroach running on the wall. Came back, went to the front desk to report my findings, I showed her the pictures and video of the room conditions and check out, the lady said: they going to charge

My husband and I booked this hotel coming from Ga to be part of a car show that was going on over the weekend in January. After a long 8 hour drive, my family was exhausted and ready to settle in and go to bed. Upon arrival the lady at the desk was nice, we went to our room and as always, I like to check the beds for cleanliness as well as the bathroom. As I checked out the beds, I was horrified. One bed had dried “white stuff” all over it in a couple spots and on the other bed was blood. I immediately went downstairs to let them know that the bedding was dirty! She asked to see the pictures and tried to take my phone from me. I asked for new bedding. The lady at the desk said she’d see if they had more blankets and sheets. She came back with 1 sheet and said they didn’t have anymore beddi
