Magic Village Views, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We were impressed when we first walked in, but overall the lodging came up short. The 3 bedroom villas are large and spacious. Our unit had a dirty stove, needed vacuuming, a broken towel rack in master bath, and a stained sofa that we would not sit on in master. There were no tissues. Kitchen was not well equipped. One small pan, one small and one medium pot, and the only cooking utensils were for the grill. The propane was empty when we arrived and it took 90 minutes for maintenance to bring a new one. That being said, we couldn't cook dinner until about 9pm the first night. The showers did not have enough pressure. When I called for pot holders, paper towels and tissues, I was told there would be a 1 dollar charge for each item. Crazy to be so cheap at what is not a cheap place to stay.

We have stayed here for five nights every year since five years ago. It is perfect for our large group of about forty, on our yearly golf outing in the beautiful courses if the Orlando area. The personnel is always responsive to whatever need arises. This year Daphne was the check in person and she was delightful to deal with. The place is very quiet, close to Disney parks and all necessary shopping for vacationers. The en suite rooms are very spacious and we never had problems with hygienic issues in bathrooms or kitchens. Some families may need extra supplies but all the necessities are covered. Parking is perfect. Security is assured. There is no better value in Orlando for large families and groups.

We reserved the house 3099, and there were many unwelcome surprises. We encountered a cockroach on the stairs when we first arrived, the grill outside was locked, all the dishes were dirty and we couldn’t use neither the resort nor the gym because we were tricked by the tenants. We absolutely don’t this for your stay! There are many better and higher quality places in Orlando to stay!!

I booked a 4 bedroom house for a Disney trip and we were so happy, that we unanimously decided to stay there again in a few weeks. The shared areas were perfect for people to spend time together as desired, but everyone having their own bedroom and in-suite bathroom gave us privacy and a break when we needed it. If you're traveling with a group, book this and skip the traditional hotels.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Disney area. House shows ware and tear in several rooms thatvis easly fixed and also not the cleanest i've seen. Overall a good stay!
