From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The receptionist was not welcoming, which immediately set a negative tone. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and have never been charged to store luggage. We arrived early before our room was ready and were told it would cost $10 per bag just to leave our luggage, which felt unreasonable.||Another major issue was the noise early in the morning. Housekeeping staff were extremely loud from around 5:00 am. They were moving between rooms and having very loud conversations in the hallway, which woke us up and made it impossible to rest.||Breakfast was okay but nothing memorable and did not add much value to the stay.||The room itself was fine and met basic expectations. We had an amazing stay at Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club! After spending our first night here, the kids didn’t want to leave and asked to stay for a second night. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked during check-out. However, later that day, a room became available, and we were thrilled to be able to extend our stay.Upon check-in, I was asked for a $100 deposit via credit card. However, I hadn’t received the deposit back from the previous night. The incredibly friendly check-in staff immediately checked and "reused" the deposit from the first night. At checkout, the deposit was refunded promptly, and it appeared in my European account just minutes later.The second stay was just as fantastic as the first. For the price point, I cannot complain. If you have small children, they will really enjoy the outdoor play structures. The pool was great. There was nobody in it for the most part and it was clean. The hotel itself was small but clean the room had good air conditioning showers were fine amenities nearby. The only thing that I thought was kind of odd was that it was more like a motel situation as we could hear people rolling their luggage is back-and-forth in the middle of the night. I could hear our neighbours sometimes, but at the time that we were staying, the resort itself was quiet aside from a few noisy family members down the hall. This hotel was chosen as a last minute stay and I was extremely impressed by the value! I really liked the fact that it’s a family oriented hotel and that there’s lots of play areas for the kids. You could tell that there was a lot of effort put into the design and the decor. The pool area was very well maintained and the water was warm even when it was chilly outside. The breakfast had a nice variety of a combo of eggs, sausage, and Mac and cheese the day that I went. They also had waffle stations, cereal, coffee, juice, and oatmeal stations. These items should be thoroughly washed and properly maintained, as this is something that stands out immediately for guests who prioritize cleanliness. Aside from this issue, the breakfast was good, with a decent selection and fresh options. The customer service was also a positive aspect—staff members were polite, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. With improved attention to linen cleanliness, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.
