Magic Key

Magic Key was a great option for what we needed. We were passing through on a roadtrip and just needed a clean and comfortable place to stay. The room was very comfortable, updated, and very clean. The staff were pretty friendly as well. The only gripe that I could have is that the coffee cups in the room were very small and the coffee at the front desk was $2. I ended up at 7eleven for much bigger cup for the same price. Not really a major complaint but an observation. Overall, we had a great stay, slept well, and enjoyed our time there. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room that doesn’t break the bank.

I was very happy with this place. The room was clean, comfortable beds, welcoming front desk. We were only there overnight for a cruise, but the pool looked clean. I would definitely stay there again. I most admire the "no resort fee" which is a complete ripoff to say the least. Please support this hotel for that reason alone.

Positive: "" Negative: Was informed upon check in they would hold $200, they actually debited $200 to be refunded in a few days. 2 squeaky beds,rusty shower, charged $10 because only left 1key card in room-apparently was in fine print, tight parking lot

It's not uncommon for a $60 room to expect less than greatness in a hotel. Well, I ate those words in December. The room was very nice with updated appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was top tier. I will absolutely be staying here again on my way back through Orlando!

I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. I booked the hotel for two nights. I showed up a couple hours early and asked if I could do an early check-in they told me they already had my room ready, but would have to charge me if I did that. I explained I would wait and just go to the amusement park and check in when I got back that evening. I got back and checked in around 11 o’clock at night. I got to my room and as soon as I did, the smell of urine as soon as I walked in, the room was so strong. I then began checking the beds and saw Food on my bedsheet. This food was not a stain, but actual food on the sheet. I called down to the desk and reported the issue. They sent somebody to the room to check it out, and she tried to explain that the strong urine smell was their cleaning
