Madison RV & Golf Resort

We’ve stayed here in our RV 2x and we love the peacefulness, the remote area, and how quiet it is; but there’s negatives that go along with that. The local Winn Dixie is closed/ renovating to an Aldi which will take up to 6 months. So the area lends itself to not really close to convenience. The bathrooms are almost always very clean except the shower heads have a lot of hard water stains and pink mold which would be remedied by a soak in a bucket of vinegar or replacement of the the shower heads. We now use our own shower since we got a water softener. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s somewhat close to the live oak Walmart and an hour from Tallahassee which is where we go for stocking up. Will definitely be back!

Kind of can’t complain here at all!!!!! This hidden gem is just that, greens are beautiful & clean, lots of ponds, club house, refreshments, food, outdoor bar, pickleball courts, swimming pool & the staff and folks here are so welcoming and fun they could almost talk you into staying (forever😎) oh and have to add there might be some gator or snakes ya might see or not lol. Husband loved the fact that he could walk right in over to the club house and get a cart and do a round or 2 of golf, and enjoy a nice cold one afterwards, then get an invite to the outside bar area for some delicious bbq rib cookout with some of the staff and campers ( super cool) they do weekly. Ride your bikes around or just walk the amazing beautiful grounds. Lots of room for the fur babies too, a huge dog park. Wha

We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful, very clean sites with full hook-ups for your rig. Customer service was EXCELLENT. They will pick up your LP tank, fill it and return it to your site. Very convenient and efficient. This RV park also picks up your trash from the site everyday. Madison is a small, historic town with beautiful buildings to look at as well as antiques shopping and some good restaurants (Grumpy’s on Main, O’Neal’s Buffet).

Stayed one night on our way further south in Florida. Very quiet location. Convenient to I-10. If you are both a golfer and an Rver, this is a great choice for you longer term as you can purchase a site with golf package including a cart. Very large dog park. It’s wild driving into the resort as you drive over a fairway (paved on that path so you don’t sink in) with a stop sign before saying to look right before proceeding in case there are golfers teeing off!

5 STARS !! Hands down the BEST RV Resort Experience we have had to date. AMAZING SHOWERS/BATHROOMS - Pristine!!!! Heated Pool Onsite reasonable Laundry !! ClubHouse for Cocktails Pavillion for Parties or events Golf until you drop Trash pick-up at site every morning !!!!! Sooooo PEACEFUL.....& Quiet Organized Mail Room But most importantly the People at Madison RV & Golf Resort were so lovely !! I think my husband shed a tear the morning we rolled out....he will miss the golfing !!! Thank you Madison Shout out to Dan & Lauren !!!!
