Best Western Plus Madison

Not worth the price. At $140 a night I did not expect to see patchwork silicone seal around the bathroom toilet, water damage on the ceiling, the tub faucet was not attached to wall, the closet door was smashed. The AC made an annoying ticking noise all night. The elevator rocks and the hotel sign was on the ground outside and looked like it had been there for years. Whoever owns this hotel is spending the profits and not putting back into the building. We left immediately the next day. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Positive: Cleanliness and friendly staff Negative: The junky, old sign outside, which was apparently torn down by a hurricane but is still hanging there! Looks awful; in fact, I thought the place wasn't even open when I first pulled up. BAD!

I gotta say, they must have recently remodeled these rooms because mine was very clean and so nice! I stayed here because it was conveniently located for my trip, and I wasn’t expecting much, but I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area.

This is a clean, safe hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Gina who helped me out several times. The accessible shower in the room I stayed was a true roll in shower with an excellent shower chair. The fitness center was nice and cold, with free weights, a stationary bike, recumbent bike, treadmill, and elliptical. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The gluten free was limited to cereal, but they did have almond milk.

We stopped late for the night on our way to Port Canaveral & could not of picked a nicer place at the last minute. The entire hotel was very clean & everyone was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure.
