Days Inn by Wyndham Madison

The room was clean and ready when we got there. The hot water didn’t run out and had good pressure. Nothing fancy at all, but for the price it wasn’t bad. The lack of parking lot lighting was fairly concerning as was the stack of EBT cards on the manager’s desk at check-in. There is no reason someone has a stack of food stamp cards at least no legal one.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room showed a serious lack of cleanliness — the floors and bedding did not appear to have been properly cleaned or sanitized. After spending the night there, both my husband and I woke up with multiple bites on our feet and legs, suggesting the possible presence of bed bugs or insects in the room. It’s unacceptable for a hotel under a recognized brand to maintain such poor hygiene standards. I do not recommend this place and hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and pest control.

The room was dirty and musty. I could not walk barefoot on the floor! The free breakfast consisted of coffee, even the juice machine was empty! Stay anywhere but here!

Positive: Convenience only. Negative: This hotel is very old. It has been renovated, but the old moldy smell in the curtains and air conditioning unit were still there. Supposedly no smoking, but people smoke in the rooms. Damp and smoky.

A little off the beaten path, but we were greeted with great service, even at 10pm, the room was clean, the beds were soft and the shower was amazing! Exactly what I needed from a long travel. Also, conveniently located next to a few fast food and a gas station.
