Madison LES Hotel

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can honestly say that both the hotel and the entire staff are wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home right away. Special thanks to Jolin – she is incredibly helpful, professional, and always smiling. You can truly see that she puts her heart into her work and takes great care of the guests. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely come back! Patrick from Poland

We had a very poor welcome — barely a hello, and no explanations about anything. The hotel is in a good location, especially for people who already know New York a bit. The subway isn’t far, which is probably the only positive point.||I’ve never experienced a breakfast like this before — everything was frozen, and the coffee was watery and tasteless. On the second day, we tried to have breakfast, but the dining room was completely dark. A man was sitting in the hallway looking at his phone… he got up and asked us to wait five minutes so he could prepare breakfast. The next morning, a staff member was running around the dining room touching everything for no apparent reason, cleaning the floor while we were eating — stirring up dust. Decent hotel in a fairly convenient area. Can be a bit noisy because it's right on the street. Budget and you get what you pay for! All in all a decent hotel. Breakfast leaves much to be desired.

I had a nice time here! It’s nice for the price. Yeah, it’s not super fancy and rooms can be small, but that’s typical of NYC hotels. It’s within walking distance of tons of great bars and restaurants. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good - no hot options, but I was more than happy with the bagels, waffles, cereals, coffee, and juices. Short walk from the F train and easy to get around the city quickly. I’d definitely stay again!

Small rooms but that’s expected NYC. HOT FLOOR AND ROOM but left the room heat off. Cleaner entered room without us asking for service. Did not finish and left us without garbage bags when interrupted by us returning to room. Somewhat removed from city, in china town. Very close to subway though. And there are some great things right nearby. TWO BRIDGES!
