Made Hotel

Absolutely LOVE LOVE this place! Such a convenient location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station and walkable to Times Square etc. Wonderful and accommodating staff. Their cute coffee bar had free coffee, tea and hot chocolate for guests. My room was absolutely gorgeous-simple and comfortable. I slept like a rock. Bathrooms have MALIN + GOETZ toiletries. I did not get a chance to go to the rooftop bar but I bet that is gorgeous too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are plenty of places to eat and get breakfast in the area but the hotel also has options as well. I really hope I get a chance to visit NYC again and I would most likely stay here if I did.

Well designed cute minimalistic room, lack of accuracy and honesty. I loved how the room was well designed. It's minimalistic but shouldn't be a problem for a night or two. They don't have a closet or fridge. The bed is super comfy and the rainfall shower felt excellent. It was advertised as sound proof, but you can hear sounds of the hallway through the door. I believe it was mainly made by housekeeping but I woke up to the sounds of the door opening/closing. The door doesn't slow down when you close it, so you can slam the door and the sound is loud. Shouldn't be a problem if you leave the hotel early. Also it was advertised that there's slippers but there weren't. Additionally I booked the room through Expedia and the resort fee I was actually charged was not matching with the amount

This was a perfect overnight stop for a birthday weekend! Not only were the rooms NY cozy, the beds were comfortable with the best pillows for sleeping but the staff were outstanding! Everyone had a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure my friend’s birthday was the best! Thank you for making this special day extraordinary!

Best service i have ever received in a Hotel. The two Desk guys, Alex and Damien were very busy, yet provided over the top service, executed with graciousness and friendliness. All the other staff, including the coffee shop ladies were All remarkably efficient and kind. The free coffee (unlimited to guests) was a big plus. The coffee is so good that the coffee shop has dedicated non-guests/local New Yorkers who line up at 7am for the coffee.
