Amazing lodge at a reasonable price for peak ski season, I also booked very last minute. Easy to book on Airbnb, responsive host, would recommend to anyone. Very clean inside and beautifully decorated. Super convenient to get to sugarbush, and it is off a main road that makes winter travel easier and calmer. Lovely staff at the adjacent restaurant also said there are many things to do in the summer. Will definitely be returning.

Had a great experience enjoying the waterfall and sauna! Great breakfast and fun hiking! The bedroom was simple but had all we needed. Friendly service. Scaling rocks to plunge into cold water after heating up in the sauna engaged all senses. Would love to come back with friends.

Mad Bush Falls is the perfect basecamp for a ski week at Sugarbush. The staff is incredibly welcoming — Dennis especially went above and beyond all week, from handling my room to the exceptional pour over coffee packets every morning. The natural cold plunge fed directly by Mad Bush Falls is unlike anything you’ll find at a typical lodge, and the sauna pairs perfectly with long days on the mountain. The restaurant is genuinely delicious, the property is dead quiet at night, and all of it means you’re rested, recovered, and ready for first chair. Can’t recommend it enough — already planning the return trip.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Super convenient to town (Waitsfield) and close to Sugarbush Lincoln Peak base lodge. Great pricing, even in what felt like the height of the season. A complete and thorough local guide. Savu sauna and delicious dining at the bar. A natural cold plunge at the base of a waterfall? Count me in!

The Lodge was in a perfectly accessible location to Waitsfield and Warren. It's right on Rt 100 and there was zero road noise that we noticed, which was fabulous. The room was simple and lovely...and huge! We loved that there were two entrances in the room, front and back. It made it quite convenient to get to and from the sauna and restaurant quickly and easily and warmly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had Ursa Major products. That was completely unexpected and wonderful! The back of the lodge is nested up to this incredible waterfall and woods area, again unexpected and such a treat! We'd absolutely stay again and have already recommended it to our friends. Thank you for such an easy, clean, comfy stay!
