M Hotel Buffalo

So over all this hotel was great great staff in the bar room was a bit dated but over was not bad at all breakfast could have been better my only issue was I was charged 250 for room incidentals and never received it back I have called with no answer would really like my money back it was in my girl friends name her name is Nicole Thompson it says it should have been released back to may account with in 7 days but was not it has been two weeks!!! It was a Saturday we booked a room there

The location was great and the beds were comfy, but the room was dirty and the bathroom disgusting. The bathroom sink and tub had visible cracks in them, and the drains were backed up so it took forever for the water to go down. It’s gross to stand in ankle deep water when showering. The fridge in the room was dirty with old food. There was no parking by the main entrance so I had to park on the other side of the building. When I went to leave the next morning the doors by that parking lot were locked and I couldn’t get out. Isn’t that a fire hazard? So I had to walk all the way around the other way. When I checked out at the front desk I wasn’t asked how my stay was. I was just told to put my room keys in the slot. I paid $149 for the night and it was not worth it. I had friends who trie

Was over all a nice stay. Rooms only got 4 star due to one of our lights choosing when to work, as well as the door to the balcony couldn't be opened from the outside. The key card wouldn't work.... Service got 4 star due to our service at the restaurant. Our pie was brought before our drinks. Then the food came last. Never was brought our bill, I eventually had to go to the counter and pay. Location is nice because the mall is right there. Other than that you wont walk anywhere........ Some of the guests were pretty rowdy, leaving wrappers and pizza crusts in the halls.... as well as a smashed apple in the play area that was from the previous day and still not cleaned up. The website listed the same room which turned out to be a small closet with a couple games. Most of them worked.... t

Positive: Lots of parking. Large rooms. Negative: Room was cold and I couldn't adjust the temp. Breakfast was lacking but for the price I guess you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was loud. A lot of early morning shouting to fellow staff.

Location is very good. Easy to access not too far from anything so there is never any traffic. Service was not great staff was not very polite. Beds were good comfy and the sheets were nice but the overall room was rundown and gross. Carpets looked like a mud bath was taken on them. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet was dirty and the tub was peeling. Shower was hard to turn on. Had to leave early as power went out and there was no hot water nor electricity for hours. Staff was not easy to work with about this either. If you need a place to strictly sleep for one night this can be an okay place to do so if the price is there.
