⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Special Stay This motel is clean, comfortable, and everything you need for a great night’s rest but what makes it unforgettable is the amazing person who runs it. Warm, kind, and genuinely caring, they made me feel more like a guest in their home than just a customer. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality made all the difference. I’ve never felt so welcomed or safe staying at a motel while traveling. I’ll definitely be back — not just for the stay, but for the wonderful human behind it. I would give more stars if I could!

I had alway's stayed at 'Luxury Inn Motel' when I was visiting Cheyenn, WY. My most recent stay was especially wonderful, all because of the manager named 'Kim'. Kim was the most kind & sweet...sweet lady. My room (#3) had great shower presser and HOT water (Alot of motel's don't), and was clean, comfy bed, great t.v., fridge, microwave, table/chair's and ice maker/coffee. This is a very good motel to stay in, while visiting Cheyenne....mostly because of Kim, who love's people and is very kind.

Positive: The owner Negative: It is not a 3 star level. It was run down with chips in the linoleum and cracks in the caulk. No stopper in the tub.

They told me a cheap price on the phone and upon arrival charged me more than double what was said on the phone and I have not received my deposit back upon check out like I was told. As far as I'm concerned they are liers
