The location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to Ocean Drive and the beach. The room is small but adequate. Communication was smooth, and opening the doors with a code wasn't a problem for us. The air conditioning wasn't too loud. Despite the many mixed reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised and would choose this accommodation again. The windows also opened. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was very quiet; you couldn't hear any street noise. The refrigerator was adequate and not too loud. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired (the bathroom in particular could be cleaner). There's no toilet brush. Room service is supposedly available, but unfortunately, we didn't have any. The room could be a bit larger, and you can hear the neighbors in the hallway (doors slam loudly)

stayed here a few years ago for a quick business trip and the experience was decent at the time. I decided to rebook since I had work in the area again, and I was blown away by the difference. The new ownership and renovations completely transformed the hotel. The vibe, design, and overall experience made my trip so much better. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We booked through chase travel and never received the check-in information. We got lucky that the property manager was walking by and let us in and called someone to help get out doors codes. Property manager was nice, but still didn’t make up for the experience. Room was small and falling apart. Not of the fixtures were securely fixed to the wall. We were originally booked to stay two weekends before/ after a cruise, but canceled our second stay because of our experience. Would not book again

Absolutely love this place!!! After a long day, coming back to this nice cool room really was icing on top of the cake. Easy check in, straightforward instructions in the email, and such a comfortable room. I couldn't have asked for a better day and I will be coming back to the future.

The experience was good. Everything was on time. The room was clean. The check-in process was easy and everything is close to oceanfront walking distance and I will stay here again.
