Absolute garbage cancelation policy. Super friendly and nice staff but read the policies extremely carefully. First time around i accidentally double booked stays and opted for the other booking I had and wasn't allowed a refund so I rescheduled 2 months out. Now, a month before, I realized I'll be out of state and needed to just cancel it all together at this point and was ineligible for a refund even though it is now well with in the policy. No one ever told me upon rescheduling I would be ineligible

Pros: It is centrally located in Coos Bay, two blocks off Highway 101 and in walking distance to two major grocery stores. The entire park is comprised of asphalt, with level sites and both 30 and 50 amp full hookups, though no cable. There is a laundry room, small game room, men and women’s bathroom and coke machine. Reservation and billing system is automated and efficient. ||Cons: Sites are stacked on top of each other, tight fit for larger rigs, no shade, no views, no pool and it is NOT a resort. The majority of the sites are made up of full-time working residents with predominately large trucks, trailers, boats and motorcycles. This is nothing more than a RV parking lot which is owned an managed by RV Inn Style Resorts. Nothing more than an overnight and off in the morning sta

We are not staying here but I just wanted to post about the park. The pictures online are not true to the park, not a resort. Needs some maintenance, updating, the spaces are small, landscaping is dead and over grown. The young lady who is running it just seems overwhelmed. Fredy meyer's and Safeway are in walking distance and downtown is a few blocks away. That is a plus, and you are on the bay.

I love this place. I’ve been living here for 3 years. The new manager is great! She works hard, has way too many jobs, & is always accommodating & pleasant. Thanks to Ms. M.

Great customer service in the office. 💯 🇺🇲 Beautiful trees, grass areas, paved roads, paved RV spaces, and dog parks. ❤️ 🐶 My only disappointment is other people NOT picking up their 🐾 dog's poop back by the fence!! 💩
