Lubbock Regency Inn

The price is right. It needs alot of work. Was comfortable and the staff were caring. Some weed going on. But that only made the experience real. I am homeless, at least for a few more days. I'm hoping the 5 stars isn’t misreading. But with limited income. I had no choice. I hope the owners can do the improvement. Good luck and thank you.

We stayed here this past weekend and had such a great time! The kids had an absolute blast at the pool, and the adults really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The manager was very polite and created such a welcoming, good vibe throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!!

Horrible!!!! If ths hotel is not a homeless shelter it should be. Not clean, filthy infact. Bugs in the bathroom, bathroom counter falling off the wall, smells like weed and urine. Staff was friendly but that is the only good thing about this shabby hotel. We left as soon as we saw the condition of the room. Reviews say this is an exceptional hotel, an honest review is this hotel is unacceptable! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!

Do not stay here especially if you have kids the room smells like weed and it only seemed to be getting worse the worst hotel I’ve stayed in

People here are great fast and friendly the house keeper stays on top of the chores she is a great person all smiles
