Horrible customer service. As the owner of Springhill Suites Jacksonville Airport, they cancelled one of three rooms in our group and then blamed it on us. After asking to cancel the remaining rooms since we needed three, I was hung up on. Called back and was told room was cancelled. Then they charged me for the room anyway and refuse to refund me. The FL Attorney General's Office has been notified of this fraudulent activity.
Really cool place to stay welcoming staff and able to accommodate any request.
